SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-211

RESOLUTION NO. 3102
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIALI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-211 The laying underground of an 8" Terre. Cotta or an
8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes
and ap3urtenances.
At or near the centerline of Post Avenue from a
point at or near the North line of Lot 21, Block
13, Orchard Subdivision Number 4 to a point at
or near the North line of Lot 17, Block 8, said
Orchard Subdivision Number 4.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
sewer lateral from the main line to the street
line of Lots 17, 18 and 20, said Block 8, as a.
a part of the main improvement.
As said Lots, Blocks and Avenue are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book 25 Page 30 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and. Specifications of each kind of said improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost of each, including en estimate of
the cost of the expensawof preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work. the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-211, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be :rade for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-211.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF February A.D. 1935.
