Resolution 3114 RESOLUTION NO. 3114 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-213 DISTRICT SR-213 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: SR-213 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the centerline of a ten (10) foot easement through Block 24, Lake View Subdivision from a point at or near the Southwesterly corner of Lot 13 of said Block 24 to a point at or near the Southwesterly corner of Lot 8 of said Block 24. At or near the centerline of Apache Avenue from a point at or near the Southerly line of Lot 15, Block 31 of said Lake View Subdivision produced Westerly to a point at or near the center- line of Block 27 of said Lake View Subdivision produced Easterly. At or near the centerline of a ten (10) foot easement through Block 27 of said Lake View Subdivision and in and across Apache Avenue from a point at or near the said centerline of Apache Avenue to a point at or near the Southwesterly corner of Lot 2 of said Block 27. Together with a 6" Terra Cotta Sewer Lateral from the main line to the line of approximately each fifty (50) feet of abutting property through said Blocks 24 and 27, as a part of the main improvement. As said Avenue , Lots, Blocks, Easements and Subdivision are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 42 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Apache Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super- intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications andestimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con- ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess- ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-213, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-213.
