A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS on the 20th day of March, 1935, there was sub-
mitted to the City Council of said City the following proposal:
" March 8, 1935.
Mr. Claude A. Renshaw, City Manager,
Miami Beach, Florida.
Dear Sir:-
I am authorized to offer for sale to the
City of Miami Beach, at and for the price of eight
thousand dollars, the following described property:
Lots 1 to 6, both inclusive , Block
"M" , of Atlantic Heights, together
with the submerged lands and riparian
rights and water privileges adjacent
and appurtenant thereto.
This offer is made with the provision that
the purchase of said property be authorized by the City
Council not later than March 20, 1935 , and that title
is to be conveyed and the eight thousand dollars paid
to the grantor after June lst and before June 15th,
1935.
If the purchase of this property is not autho-
rized by the City Council on or before the 20th inst. ,
the offer to sell said property at said price will be
withdrawn and of no further force nor effect after said
date.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said proposal be accepted
under the terms and conditions and provisions of Section 26 of
the City Charter of the City of Miami Beach as amended in 1925;
that the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized
to execute such documents as may be necessary to carry
this resolution into effect and that they report their
acts and doings relative thereto to the said City Council.
