Resolution 3119 RESOLUTION NO. 3119
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending and/or
repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries,
as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit:
Beginning at a point which is the point of
curvature on the Northerly line of 19th Street
of the circular curve having a radius of fifty
(50' ) feet at the Southeasterly corner of
Block 11-A, Island View Addition, thence along
said circular curve for a distance of One Hundred
Four and Two Tenths (104.2' ) feet more or less
to the point of tangency on North Michigan Avenue;
thence along the Southwesterly line of said North
Michigan Avenue a distance of Seventy-five (75 ' )
feet, thence in a Southeasterly direction along a
line perpendicular to the said Southwesterly line
of North Michigan Avenue a distance of One Hundred
Ten (110' ) feet; thence Westerly along a line
parallel with the said Northerly line of 19th Street
a distance of forty and nine tenths (40.9' ) feet,
more or less to a point which is one hundred thirty
(130' ) feet from the radial line of said point of
curvature on 19th Street; thence Southerly along
a line at right angles to the said Northerly line
of 19th Street a distance of Eighty-five and Nine-
tenths (85. 9) feet, more or less to a point on the
said Northerly line of 19th Street; thence along the
said Northerly line of 19th Street a distance of
One Hundred Thirty (130' ) feet to the point of be-
ginning, containing forty-two hundredths (.42) acres
more or less, as said Island View Addition is shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 144 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
so as to change said above described area from its present
use regulation RE MULTIPLE-FAMILY DISTRICT to RE-I MULTIPLE-
FAMILY AND PROFESSIONAL OFFICE DISTRICT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 10th day of April, 1935, at 9:00 o'clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
