A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.

IMPROVEMENT SR-201 1DISTRICT SR-201
WHEREAS, STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-201,
District SR-201, has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 79:00 o 'clock A. M. on April
17 , A. D. 1935, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April
A. D. 1935 .
