SUBJECT: LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS At THE PINETREE DOG PARK (WEST SIDE)
The purpose of this LTC is to notify the City Commission that the Parks and Recreation
Department will be temporarily closing the dog park at Pinetree Park (west side) for landscape
improvements.
The project shall consist of sod removal, surface grading and the installation of new sod. Grading
and installation shall take approximately one week; however, the newly sodded areas will remain
closed for approximately three to four additional weeks to allow for proper rooting and
establishment.
The project is expected to commence on Thursday, January 18, 2018, and should be completed
by Thursday, February 15, 2018, weather permitting.
