RESOLUTION NO . 3139
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL .
DISTRICT SR-207 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-207
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has been com-
pleted by the City Engineer and filed by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improverent in accor-
dance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30, of the
City Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with said City
Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 1V:00 o 'clock A. M. , April 17th, , 1935, at which
time all interested persons may appear and file 7ritten
objections to the confirmation of said roll .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April
