A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENTS SK-68 and 70 DISTRICTS SK-68 and 70
WHEREAS, SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS SK-68, and 70
Districts SK-68, hale been completed and acceptance of
and 70,
' said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, si3E IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9:00 o 'clock A. M. on May
1st , A. D. 1935, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April,
A. D. 1935.
