TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN

WHEREAS,SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE? ENT SR-209,
District SR-209, has been completed andacceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City o7' Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of s&id City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 9 :00 o ?clock A. M. on mky
1st , A. D. 1935 , at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
