RESOLUTION NO. 3168•
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit- of Miami Beac

Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the � `
regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in car:
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit: , w=
All of the area lying between Twenty-fourth
and Thirtieth Streets and between Collins fl,,
W
Avenue and the Ocean, of the Amended Map of
the Ocean Front Property of the Miami Beach rr.
Improvement Company in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, as same is shown on a Plat recorded in
Plst Book 5 at Pages 7 and 8 of the Public Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida,
so as to change said property from its present use regulation
"BA" Business District to "BAAA" Modified Business District,
and so as to change the area regulation on the above described
property from its present area regulation District #19 to Dis-
trict #17, as all of said use and area regulations are described
in Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 22nd day of May, A. D. , 1935, at 9:00 o'clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordi-
nance No. 289.
