BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the l
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City %
Council to be held at 9 : 00 o 'clock A. M. , May A
1st, A. D. 1935 it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestec in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvement, as
completed, be and the samears hereby accepted.
