IMPROVEMENT SR-209 DISTRICT SR-209
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 9: 00 o =clock A. N. , May
1st , A. D. 1935 it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestec in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvement, as
completed, be and the same ,is- hereby accepted,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May,
