completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements f

in accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and

30, of the City Charter. ,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with
said City Charter that a meeting of the City Council
will be held at 9: 00 o clock A. M. , May 15th,
1935, at which time all interested persons may ap-
pear and file written objections to the confirma- l'
tion of said roll .
