Resolution 3182 RESOLUTION NO. 3182
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided
in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordi-
nance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth,to-
wit:
All of Blocks 119, 120 and 121 and
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, Block 122,
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 123
and Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block
124, Lenox Manor Subdivision in the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, as said
Lenox Manor Subdivision is recorded
in Plat Book 7 at Page 15 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
so as to change said property from its present use regulation
"RE" Multiple Family District to a Single-Family District,
described in the Zoning Ordinance as "RD" Single-Family Dis-
trict, but allowing also the construction of two-family dwell-
ings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 22nd day of May, A. D. , 1935, at 9:00 o'clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be Published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
