SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-215 SR-415
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here.
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-215 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Sheridan Avenue from
a point at or near the centerline of West 45th
Street to a point at or near the South line of
Lot 7, Block 7, Orchard Subdivision Number 4.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main line to the street line of said Lot
7, Block 7, as a part of the main improvement.
As said Lot, Block, Avenue and Street are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 30 of the
Public Records of Dade County, lorida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and en estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-215, and the property
against which. assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-215.
