Resolution 3192 RESOLUTION NO. 3192
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amend-
ing, supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing
of the regulations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as pro-
vided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit:
That Ordinance No. 289 be amended by adding
thereto the following sentence after Paragraph
designated "District No. 17" , under Area Regu-
lations , Section 16 of said Ordinance:
"In the area lying between Collins Avenue
and Miami Beach Drive and between 24th
and 26th Streets, both Collins Avenue and
Miami Beach Drive shall be considered as
front."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 22nd day of May, A. D. , 1935, at 9:00 o'clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
