ALTON BEACH REALTY COMPANY'S PLAT OF COM-
MERCIAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THMEOF RECORDED IN Pia T BOOK 6, PAGE 5 OF
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF JADE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AND GRANTIi%4 SUCH VACATED PORTION THEREOF
TO THE OWNERS OF RECORD, THEIR HEIRS AND
ASSIGNS.

FLORIDA:
Section 1: That that dol-tion of Lenox Avenue immediately Vest
of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 3 of Alton Beach Realty CorapanY 8
plat of Commercial Subdivision, aocording to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 6, Ppze 5, of the Public Records of Jade
County, Florida, at present encroached upon by a wall alon6 the
West :tine of said lot. , as shown on the attached survey sketch
prepared by August De Winkler, Civil Engineer, a copy of stitch
is made a part hereof and sttach.ed hereto, and that portion of Lin-
coln Road immediately South of said lots, at present enoroacleed
upon by a wall alone the South line of said lots, as shown on
said survey eketoh, be and the same are hereby vacated, and the
use of said vacated portions of said Lenox Avenue and. Lincoln
Road be, and the ease are hereby 6ranted to the owners of record
of the above desorii..)ed property on the date of the passage of
this Reealution, their heirs and assigns, subject to the proviso
hereinafter contained,.
PAOVIDED, HOIEV&R, that if the wall now on said premises
and covering, the above described land is ever moved, demolished.,
destroyed by f ire or rebuilt, then the above vacation of said
portions of Lenox Avenue and Lincoln Road and. the grkeit of the
use of the saeie shall be immcaiiately revoked., terminated and
absolutely voided without any aotion on the part of the City
Council of the City of Miami B,each, Florida, and said lands
above described shall asafiC beirothe a portion of said Lenox Avenue
and Lincoln Road for the public use.
