SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-216
IMPROVEMENT SR-216
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-216 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the East curb of Pine Tree Drive
from a point at or near the East curb of
Pine Tree Drive Circle to a point at or near
the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 1, Beach
View Addition.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta Sewer Lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each
seventy-five (75) feet of abutting property, as
a part of the main improvement.
As said Lot, Block, Circle and Drive are shown
on Plats recorded in Plat Book Number 16, Page
10, and Plat Book Mo. 34, Page 62 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost
of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and ipecifica.
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and pro..
ceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-216, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-216.
