SANITARRY SEER LATERAL DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SL.-5 SL-5
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 1st day of May , 1535, ordered the Sanitaryand
Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-5 , District SL-5
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council has
prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifica-
tions of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the inciden-
tal expenses of said improvement, and Therea.s due notice
by publication as recuired by the City Charter has -been
made that the City. Council would on the 15th day of May

receive and hear objections of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and objections having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid, and same having been duly considered by
