DISTRICT SL-4 SANITARY SEWER LATERAL
IMPROVEMENT SL.-4
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the- City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SL.4 The laying underground of 6" Terra Cotta Sewer Laterals
as a separate improvement, from the existing Sanitary
Sewer to the line of approximately each fifty (50) feet
of adjacent property.
In the Alley between Lincoln Road and Sixteenth Street
on both sides from the East Line of Jefferson Avenue
to the West line of Meridian Avenue.
As said Road, Street, Alley and Avenues are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Boob 9, Page 69, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement, with
an estimate of the cost, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and ether expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against the abutting property for
each sewer lateral.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-.4, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for the
cost thereof shall be designated as District SL-4.
