BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 9 :00 olclock A. M. , May
15th, A. D. 1935,. it would hear any objections of per-
sons intereste-; ; in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to tre acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, saidimprovement, as
completed, be and the same is hereby accepted. `n
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May,
