Resolution 3208 RESOLUTION NO. 3208
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized and instructed to redeem Four Hundred
Seventy-One (471) Bonds of the Twenty Year Refunding
Issue, dated July 1st, 1933 and. maturing July lst, 1953.
The Bonds to be redeemed shall be determined by lot under
the supervision of the City Clerk, the City Manager and
Councilman Baron De Hirsch Meyer.
Said Bonds are to be redeemed as of July 1st, 1935,
all in accoraance with the provisions of Resolution No.
2607 as amended by Resolution No. 2641, passed and adopted
by the City Council of said City on April 27th, 1933 and
June 9th, 1933, respectively.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, A. D. ,
1935.
