SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-220

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-220 The laying underground of an 810 Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Twenty-Seventh
Street from a point at or near the centerline
of Collins Avenue to a point at or near the
East line of Lot 6, Block 6, Miami Beach Improve-
ment Companyts Ocean Front Property produced
Northerly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to approximately each
seventy-five (75) feet of abutting property
of Lots 6 and 7 of said Block 6, as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Lots, Block, Street, Avenue and Subdi-
vision are shown on Plats recorded in Plat
Book 5, at pages 7 and 8 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida. and as said Street is named
and designatedin Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara.
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings, and work herein provided for; the estimated amount tote
assessed against each front foot of adjacent property:
;his improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-220, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR.-220,
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY OF June A.D.1935.
