A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, TO FILE AN
APPLICATION TO TIE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
THROUGH THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY ADMINISTRATION
OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR A LOAN AND GRANT TO AID
IN FINANCING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY
SEWER PUMPING STATION, FORCE MAIN AND TRUNK
LINE, AND DESIGNATING THE CITY ENGINEER CITY
CLERK AND SPECIAL COUNSEL TO FURNISH S�JCH
INFORMATION AS THE GOVERNMENT MAY REQUEST.
BE IT 'RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That M.N.Lipp, City Engineer, be, and he is author-
ized to execute and file an application on behalf of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, to the United States of America for a
loan and grant to aid in financing the construction of Sanitary
Sewer Pumping Station, Force Main and Trunk line.
Section 2: That M.N.Lipp, City Engineer, C.W.Tomlinson, City
Clerk and Ben Shepard, Special Counsel, be, and they are hereby
authorized and directed to furnish such information as the
United States of America through the Federal Emergency Adminis-
tration of Public Works may reasonably request in connection
with the application which is herein authorized to be filed.
