SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-221

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-221 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the West curb of Pine Tree Drive
from a point at or near the Northerly line
of Lot 1, Block 2, Orchard Subdivision No. 4,
produced Easterly to a point at or near the
Northerly line of Lot 3, said Block 2, produced.
Easterly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each sixty-five (68) feet of abutting property
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Drive, Lots, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 25,
Page 30 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the coat thereof, including an estimate of the expense of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-221, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated a.. District SR-221.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS3rd DAY OF July A.D.1935.
