RESOLUTION NO. 3263
SANITARY SEWER LATERAL
IL ROVEMENT SL-10 DISTRICT SL-10
•
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 3rd day of July , 1935 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer LateIaarovement SL-10 , District SL-10,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by Publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 17th day of
July , 1935 , at the City Hall in said City at 9:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Lateral
Improvement SL-10 , District SL10 , be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $ 143.00
is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund and
the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract .
