RESOLUTION NO . 3265
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL .
DISTRICTS SR-210, 211 SANITAhY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
and 213 SR-210, 211 and 213
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rollshavebeen com-
pleted by the City Engineer and filed by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in accor-
dance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30, of the
City Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with said City
Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 3:50 o ' clock P. M. , August 7th , 1935, at which
time all interested persons may appear and file written
objections to the confirmation of said roll .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July,
