Resolution 3270 RESOLUTION NO. 5270
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations , restrictions and/or boundaries , as provided in
Ordinance No. 289 , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the use regulation of the following described pro-
perty, to-wit:
Lots 11 to 17 , inclusive , of Block 1, Lots 1
to 12 , inclusive and Lots 20 and 21 of Block
10, of Ocean Beach Subdivision as per plat re-
corded in Plat Book 2 at Page 38 of the Public
Records of Dade County , Florida; Lots 17 to 31,
inclusive , of Block 51 , Lots 1 to 18, inclusive
of Block 52 , Lots 6 to 11, inclusive of Block
53, Lots 1 to S , inclusive , of Block 54, Lots
11 to 20, inclusive, of Block 78 and Lots 9 to
13 , inclusive , of Blook 80, Ocean Beach Addition
No. 3 , as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2 at
Page 81 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; and the North 132 feet of Section 10,

Avenue to Biscayne Bay, excepting Washington
Avenue ,
be amended so as to change said property from its present use
regulation "BC" Business District , to what is known as "BB"
Business District , as said use regulations are described in
Ordinance No.289 , as amended,

regulation "BC" Business District to what is known as "RE"
Multiple-Family District , as said use regulations are described
in Ordinance No. 2$9 , as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 12tH day of August , A. D. , 1935 , at 3:30 o' clock
P. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall , Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time , place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 2$9.
