RESOLUTION NO . 327 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has teen petitioned to consider the amending, supple-
menting, changing, modifying and /or repealing of the regular
tions, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida., as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the use regulation of the following described pro-
perty, to wit:
All of Blocks 113, 114 and 115, and Lots 3 to 9,
inclusive, of Block 116, Ocean Beach Addition No.
4, as per Plat recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page
151 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
be amended so as to change said property from its present use
regulation "BB" Business District, to what is known as "BAA"
Business District, as said use regulations are described in
Ordinance No. 289 as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 28th day of August A. D. , 1935, at 3:30 o'clock
P. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time, place
and object of' such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
