IMPROVEMENT SR-024
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inter)...
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter;
SR-224 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the West curb of North Bay Road
from a .point at or near the Southerly line
of Lot 24, Block 14, LaGorce Golf Subdivision
produced Easterly to a point approximately 54.18'
Southerly of the Northerly line of Lot 33, Block
14, said LaGorce Golf Subdivision produced
Easterly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each one hundred (100) feet of adjacent property.
As said Road, Lots, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 43
of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-224, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-224.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF August_ _ A.D.1935.
