RESOLUTION NO. 3286
DISTRICT H-141 HIGH'W'AY IMPROVEMENT
H-141
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-141 THE ALLEY BETWEEN EUCLID AVENUE AND PENNSYLVANIA
AVENUE; From Sixth Street to Seventh Street,
to be paved, and where heretofore paved to be
repaved to a width of twenty (20) feet with a
bituminous wearing surface on an eight (8) inch
rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catch basins.
As said Alley, Avenues and Streets are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 81 6f -the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
Ps said Avenues are named and designated in
Ordinance No. 232.-
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specififictions and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-141, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be desig-
nated as District H-141.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14th DAY OF August A.D,1935.
