RESOLUTION NO. _ 3287
DISTRICT SL--12 SANITARY SEWER LATERAL
IMPROVEMENT SL-1.2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-»
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter;
SL-12 The laying underground of 6" Terra Cotta
Sewer Laterals as a separate improvement
from the existing Sanitary Sewer to the
line of approximately each fifty (50) feet
of adjacent property.
In the alley between Euclid Avenue and
Pennsylvania Avenue on both sides from
the North line of sixth (6) Street to the
South line of Seventh (7) Street.
As said Streets, Avenues and Alley are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 81
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Avenues are named and designated
in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement with an
estimate of the cost including an estimate of the cost• of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates
the printing and publication of notices €.n(1 proceedings, the prepara-»
tion of bc:Ids, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , anal any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proaeedinge' and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against the abutting property for each sewer lateral.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement SLr-12 and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District SL-12.
