SANITARY SEWER LATERAL DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SL-12 SL-12
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of August , 1935, the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated a.sSanitaryLS ��rl Improvement
SL-12 , District SL-12 , and directed rhe nty Engineer
to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
am_ estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said
plans and specifications and estimate of cost and esti-
mate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted et the door of the City Hall in the City of
Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Ave-
nue Fire Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
Beach on the 28th day of August , 1935, at 3:30
o 'clock R. M. , the City Council will hear the objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said re-
solution ordering said improvement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August
