DISTRICT SK-72 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
SK-72
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter.
SK-72 A six and one-half foot concrete sidewalk
on the West side of Alton Road between
• the existing sidewalk and the curb from ten
(10) feet North of the South line of Lot 1,
Block 40, First Addition to Commercial Subdivision
produced Easterly, to the North line of Lot 3,
said Block 40, produced Easterly.
As said Lots, Block, Subdivision and toad are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No.6,
Page 5 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work the preparation of plans and specifics•
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonda, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting he proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-72 and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District SK-72.
