RESOLUTION NO. 3293
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regu-
lations , restrictions and/or boundaries , as provided in Ordi-
nance No. 289 , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami
Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
Lots 1 to 8, inclusive , of Block 2 , Lots 1 to 8,
inclusive , of Block 3 , Lots 1 to 8, inclusive , of Block
4 and lots 3 to 9 , inclusive of Block 5 of Ocean Beach
Subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page
38, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; Lots
13 to 19 , inclusive of Block 10 , Ocean Beach Subdivision,
as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2 , at Page 38, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida; Lots 1 to 16 ,
inclusive , Block 51 , Lots 19 to 35 , inclusive , of Block
52 , Lots 1 to 5 , inclusive of Block 53 , Lots 9 to 16 ,
inclusive of Block 54 , all of Block 55 , Lots 3 to 10 ,
inclusive of Block 56 , Lots 3 to 9 , inclusive , of Block
75 , all of Blocks 76 and 77 , Lots 1 to 10 inclusive ,
of Block 7g, Lots 1 to 82 inclusive , of Block 80, all

George W. Mussett' s Resubdivision of Lots 9 , 10 , 11 and
12 , Block 99 , of Ocean Beach Addition No. 3 , as per plat
recorded in Plat Book 38 at Page 69 of the Public Rec-
ords of Dade County, Florida; and Lots 1 to 9 , inclu-
sive , of White & Woodward' s Resubdivision of Lots 5 and
6 , Block 103 of Ocean Beach Addition No. 3 , as per plat
recorded in Plat Book 26 at Page 62 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida; Lots 1 to 4, inclusive , of a
Resubdivision of Lots 1 and 2 , Block 82 of Ocean Beach
Addition No. 3 , as per plat recorded in Plat Book 38,
at Page 72 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
so as to change said property from its present area regulation
District No. 19 to District No. 24 , as said use regulations are
described in Ordinance No. 289 , as amended.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 4th day of September, A. D. , 1935 , at 3:30 P. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall , Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time , place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordi-
nance No. 289.
