RESOLUTION NO. 3296
SANNITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-224 - DISTRICT SR-224
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 7th day of AuGust , 1935, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-224 , District SR-224
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the •
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 21st day of
August , 1935, at the City Hall in said City at 3:30
o' clock Ro. H. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the •
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement 'SR-224 , District SR-224 , be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $ 1,456.40
is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund and
the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract .
