WHEREAS , the City Council , '
by resolution passed and l
adopted on theday
7th of August 19 35, ordered the
Sidewalk Improvement SK-71 , District m..71. ,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas

August , 19 35, at the City Hall in said City at 3:30

interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering

THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sidewalk

same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $390.23
