IMPROVEMENT SR-212 DISTRICT SR-212
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWERI PROVEMENT SR-212,
District SR-212 , has been completed andacceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, TI EP.EHORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 3:30 o 'clock P. M. on September
4th, A. D. 1935, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council . k.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2lstday of August,
