Resolution 3302 RESOLUTION NO. 3302
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, upon its own initiative deems it advisable to con-
sider the amending, supplementing, changing, modifying and/
or repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or bound-
aries, as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as
the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter
11 set forth, to-wit:
That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 289 be amended
by adding thereto the following paragraph after
District No. 30:
District No. 31. There shall be a front yard
facing Pine Tree Drive , having a depth of not
less than twenty-five (25) feet. There shall
be a rear yard having a depth of not less than
ten (10) feet, and thefe shall be a side yard
on each side of a building having a width of
not less than ten (10) feet when measured from
any street line and having a width of not less
than five (5) feet when measured from any adjoin-
ing lot line.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 18th day of September, 1935, at 3:30 o'clock
P. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time , place

and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance No. 289.
