Resolution 3303 RESOLUTION NO. 3303
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, upon its own initiative deems it advisable to con-
sider the amending, supplementing, changing, modifying and/
or repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or bound-
aries, as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as
the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter
set forth, to-wit:
That the area regulations of the following described
property, to-wit:
FLAMINGO TERRACE ADDITION, in the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, as same is shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book 34, at Page
68 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
be amended, changed and modified so as to change Block 1
of said Subdivision , from its present area regulation
District No. 13 to District No. 31; and
so as to change Block 2, and Lot 1 of Block 4, of said
Subdivision from its present area regulation District
No. 13 to District No. 30, and
so as to change Block 3 of said Subdivision from its pre-
sent area regulation District No. 13 to District No. 17,
and
so as to change Lots lA to 6 inclusive , of Block 4 of
said Subdivision from its present area regulation District
No. 13 to District No. 16, and
so as to change Lot 8, Block 4 of said Subdivision from
its present area regulation District No. 13 to District
No. 24
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 18th day of September, 1935 , at 3:30 otclock
P. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time , place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance No. 289.
