Resolution 3305 RESOLUTION NO. 3305
WHEREAS, Argonaut Properties, Inc. , propose to construct
a timber Dock and Mooring Piles in Biscayne Bay, fronting Lots
23, 24 and 25, Amended Plat of Aquarium Site Resubdivision,
within the municipal limits of the City of;Miami Beach, Florida,
as shown on two drawings designated Sheet t of 2 and Sheet 2 of
2, respectively, as follows:

APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF A TIBER DOCK & MOORING
PILES FRONTING LOTS 23, 24
AND 25 AMENDED PLAT OF AQUARIUM
SITE RESUB'D. MIAMI BEACH, FLA.

and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and considered
by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Argonaut Prop-
erties , Inc. , will not interfere with any plans for work which
said City Council has in view,
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that the
said City Council waive, and it does hereby waive , all objec-
tions to the said proposed construction providing waivers of
objections are obtained from adjoining property owners.
