BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 3 :30 o 'clock P. M. , September
4th , A. D. 1935, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interest,.: in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvement, as
completed, be and the . sa:me is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September ,
