RESOLUTION NO. 3321
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-226
SR-226
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-226 The laying underground of an 811 Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Apache Avenue,
from a point at or near the Northerly line
of Lot 14, Block 27, Lakeview Subdivision
prdduced Easterly to a point at or near the
Southerly line of Lot 6, Block 31, Lakeview
Subdivision oroduced Northerly.
As said Avenue, Lots, Blocks and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book
No. 14, Page 42 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expense
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
Proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-226, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-226.
