RESOLUTION NO. 3322
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR,-227
SR-227
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to rrocee3 under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-227 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary ewerSand necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the South curb of West Forty-ninth
Street from a point at or near the Southerly
line of Lot 6, Block 31, Lakeview Subdivision,
produced Northerly to a point at or near the
Westerly line of Lot 11, Block 30, Lakeview
Subdivision produced Northerly.
Together with a 6°1 Terra Cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line 'of approximately
each seventy (70) feet of adjacent property
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Lots, Block, Street and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 42
of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the --
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including en the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal servicer, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceed-
ings and work herein proviaed for; the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of adjacent property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-227, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-227.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th DAY OF September A.D.1935.
