RESOLUTION NO. 332___
DISTRICT SK-73 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
73
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter.
SK-73 A five foot concrete sidewalk on the East
side of Washington Avenue from the North
Line of Nineteenth Street to the Southerly line
of Twentieth Street except Lot 2, Block H, of
Miami Beach Improvement Company' s Ocean Front
Property's Resubdivision of Block G,H.J. & K and
Triangular Tract; Twentieth Street from the
East line of Washington Avenue to the West line
of Park Avenue; Park Avenue from the South line
of Twentieth Street to the North line of Nineteenth
Street except Lot 2 of said Block Hl Nineteenth
Street from the West line of Park Avenue to the
East line of Washington Avenue.
As said Streets, Avenues, Lot, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat 3ook 6, Page
102 of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida,
and As said. Streets and Avenues a.re named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare end to file with the
City Clerk Plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of Preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceed-
ings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-73, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SK-73.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, A.D. 1935.
