Resolution 3327 RESOLUTION NO. 3327
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of
the regulations , restrictions and/or boundaries as pro-
vided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set
forth, to wit:
That the Use Regulations of Lot 2, of Block 1,
Mid-Golf Subdivision, as same is shown on a Plat recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 200, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, be amended, changed and modified so as
to change that Lot from its present single family residence
restriction "RC" to Hotel and Apartment restriction "RE".
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 6th day of November, 1935, at 3:30 o'clock
P. M. in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time , place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance No. 289.
