SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-228
IMPROVEMENT SR228
BE ;T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its irLten-
`P tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-.228 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and appur-.

At or near the centerline of Prairie Avenue to
a point at or near the centerline of West 44th
Street to a point at or near the South line of
the North 51 of Lot 4, Block 13, Orchard Subdivision
No. 4, produced Westerly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer
Lateral from the main sewer to the street line of
Lot 2, Block 13,
{ As said Street, Avenue, Lots, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 25, Page
30 of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clersk. Plana and Specifications of ,said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, a: straots, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-•228, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-228.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd _ DAY OF October A.D.I935.
