RESOLUTION NO. 3330
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-230
IMPROVEMENT SR-230
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
V-> to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter.

SR.•230 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
PluSanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and appur-

-w tenances.
At or near the West curb of Prairie Avenue from
a point at or near the Northerly line of Lot 9,
Block 12, Orchard Subdivision No. 4 produced
Westerly to a point at or near the centerline of
West 44th Stbeet.
Together with a 6" Terra. cotta Sanitary Sewer Lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately each
sixty (60) feet of adjacent property as a part of the
main improvement.

As said Avenue, Street, Lot and Block are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 30 of the Public
Records of Dade County.
�P The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and' Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducing the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
x This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-230, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District SR-230.
