Resolution 3331 i SOLU ION NO. 3331 SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-229 IMPROVEMENT SR-229 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten. tion to Proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter. SR-229 The laying underground of en 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and appur» tenances. At or near the centerline of 13th Street from a point at or near the centerline of the alley lying between Alton Road and Lenox Avenue to a point at or near the centerline of the alley lying between Lenox Avenue and Michigan Avenue. At or near the centerline of the alley lying between Lenox Avenue and Michigan Avenue from a point at or near the said centerline of 13th Street to a point at or near the Southerly line of the Northerly half of Lot 2, Block 95, Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, produced Westerly. Together with a 6" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer Lateral from the main sewer to the line of approximately each fifty (50) feet of adjacent property in the said alley as a part of the main improvement. As said Road, Avenues, Street, Alleys, Lot, Blocks and Addition are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 2 at Page 81 of t e Public Records of Dade County,Florida, and as said Lenox Avenue and Michigan Avenue are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property, This Improvement shall be designated in all g proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-229, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-229.
