WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolutionpassdandd
adopted on the 2nd day of October 5derethe
DistrictSR-230
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-230
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by Taublication as required by the City Charter has
b e mace that the City Council would on the 16th day of
oc ber , 1935 , at the City Hall in said City at 3:30
o' clock 40. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement -SR-230 , District SR-230 , be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $ 468.77
is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund and
the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract .
